What does the warranty cover?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Your mini massage chair comes with a 1-year limited warranty that covers.

Service Response Standard

✅Core component failures caused by non-human damage within warranty period will be replaced directly without repair, to shorten customer waiting time.

✅ Covered:

Whole Unit Malfunction
Air Pump Malfunction
Battery
Fabric Cover
Electronic Accessories (buttons, adapters, etc.)
Heating Pad

❌ Not Covered:

Human-induced damage: Impact, scratches, water immersion, unauthorized disassembly or modification.
Normal wear and tear: Fabric usage traces, normal foam sagging (hardness reduction <20%after more than 1 year of use is considered normal)
Improper use: Overweight use (single seat load exceeding 150kg), placement in humid/sun-exposed environments, operation not in accordance with the user manual.
Force majeure: Damange caused by external factors such as fire, flood, insect infestation, etc.
Consumables: Consumable items such as batteries, cleaning supplies are not covered by the warranty.
